Mom and Dad broke out there special traveling clothes. This shirt and dress were presents from Father Pontiano from his last trip. They will definitely have to come along.

Work to Get Ready
As part of his preparation for the trip to Sumbawanga Dad joined a local Crossfit Gym and spent months getting in shape. I am very proud of him for this and grateful to Andrew Romeo for helping him train. Below are some shots of Dad in the gym on the Tuesday before we leave for the airport.
